Undergraduate Summer Research Opportunity

BioSNTR is a state- and federally-funded distributed research center that supports growth in human, plant and animal biotechnology businesses by building research infrastructure that integrates powerful research tools in molecular imaging, computational biology, cellular/genetic manipulation with a broad range of topical research expertise. To promote undergraduate research in the field of biotechnology, BioSNTR provides 10 undergraduate research stipends of $5,000 each to conduct research with BioSNTR faculty at SDSU, SDSM&T, USD/GEAR, or Sanford Research during the summers.  The program will span 10 weeks from May – August. Attendance and presentation at the SD EPSCoR Undergraduate Research Symposium is expected as a condition of the stipend.
